Welcome to Allegiance Cards. By purchasing products from our vending machines, website, or affiliated sales platforms, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, scanning our QR codes, purchasing products, or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published by Allegiance Cards.

2. Product Availability
Product selection, pricing, availability, and inventory may change at any time without notice. Certain products may be limited in quantity and available only while supplies last.
Allegiance Cards reserves the right to limit quantities, cancel transactions, refuse service, or modify offerings at our discretion.

3. All Sales Final
Due to the collectible and randomized nature of many products sold, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted unless otherwise required by law.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Trading card products

  • Mystery packs

  • Slab packs

  • Sealed hobby products

  • Accessories and supplies

  • Promotional items

Please review all product information carefully before purchasing.

4. Manufacturer Responsibility
Allegiance Cards is not responsible for manufacturer-related issues, including:

  • print defects

  • damaged cards inside sealed products

  • missing hits or inserts

  • collation issues

  • factory sealing issues

  • packaging defects

Any concerns regarding manufacturing defects must be handled directly with the applicable manufacturer, including companies such as Panini or Topps.

5. Mystery Products & Randomized Contents
Certain products sold by Allegiance Cards may contain randomized contents, including mystery packs, repacks, bundles, or curated collectible products.
Contents, values, players, teams, card types, parallels, inserts, autographs, memorabilia cards, and graded cards may vary. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent exact contents received.
No guarantees are made regarding specific cards, players, values, grading outcomes, or resale value.

6. Pricing & Errors
While we strive for accuracy, pricing, descriptions, images, and availability may occasionally contain errors. Allegiance Cards reserves the right to correct errors, modify pricing, or cancel transactions resulting from inaccuracies.

7. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, abuse, theft, tampering, or attempts to obtain products or services dishonestly will be investigated thoroughly.

Allegiance Cards may utilize:

  • transaction records

  • machine activity logs

  • inventory tracking

  • surveillance footage

  • payment verification systems

  • third-party fraud prevention tools

Information may be provided to payment processors, financial institutions, law enforcement, or other relevant parties as necessary in connection with disputed or fraudulent transactions.

8. Limitation of Liability
Allegiance Cards shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Incidental damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Lost profits

  • Loss of collectible value

  • Grading outcomes

  • Market fluctuations

  • Third-party manufacturer issues

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

9. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, graphics, product names, designs, website content, and media associated with Allegiance Cards are the property of Allegiance Cards and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
 

10. User Conduct
Customers agree not to:

  • Tamper with vending machines or equipment

  • Interfere with transactions or machine operations

  • Attempt unauthorized refunds, disputes, or chargebacks

  • Misuse the website, QR systems, or digital content

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or disruptive conduct

Allegiance Cards reserves the right to refuse future service to individuals engaged in fraudulent activity, vandalism, theft, abuse of company property, chargeback fraud, or other prohibited conduct. Allegiance Cards may also contact law enforcement regarding suspected tampering, theft, damage, or misuse involving vending machines, products, or company property.

Customers should not shake, tilt, climb on, strike, forcefully handle, or otherwise tamper with vending machines. Allegiance Cards is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, vandalism, tampering, or improper operation of equipment.



11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Updates to Terms
Allegiance Cards reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
